1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns or refunds are accepted only within 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • Only unopened and sealed products may be returned. Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return.

  • Returns are accepted only in case of errors or faults on the part of Veda Sip & Bite, including:

    • Damaged or defective products

    • Wrong item shipped

 

2. Process for Returns

  • To request a return, please contact us at with in 5 days from the date of delivery:

  • Include your order number, product details, and photos (if applicable) showing the defect or issue.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back.

 

3. Shipping for Returns

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

  • Ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

 

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Please allow 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable nature, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used wellness and food products

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage

Veda Sip & Bite is not responsible for issues arising from improper storage, handling, or use of products after delivery. Our liability is strictly limited to defective products or errors caused by us.
